Juhi McInerney – HR Professional
Juhi has a wealth of experience spanning various industries, including professional services, sport and recreation, healthcare, FMCG, retail, technology, trades, fintech, insurance, NDIS and more. She has consistently delivered results in the realms of Operations and Human Resources.
Throughout her career, she has executed numerous strategic projects, each leaving an indelible mark on the organisation she’s worked with. She specialises in transformative change, with experience in diversity, equity & inclusion, internal process optimisation, leadership coaching, training and facilitation, technology implementation, change management, employee relations, and initiatives that vary the employee lifecycle, making it engaging and seamless.
