I have been working in the human resources industry for many years, listening to small business owners struggle with work life balance and not knowing how to manage their workforce.
They have been so focused on running their business and have neglected to focus on human resources, as they didn’t know what was required.
Most owners were making mistakes and it was costing them time and money that they didn’t have. This is where I knew I could help, with my expertise to offer support and guidance, and ability to ensure best practice human resources. With my help these small business owners would have more time and could focus on other areas of their business and personal lives.
I was also inspired by these small business owners. Their passion, commitment, and perseverance. They had taken the leap to work for themselves and make a sustainable, successful and long term living from their endeavours. I wanted to be part of this, but also help keep their goals alive.
