I started Small Business Society because I knew I could help small business owners with their Human Resources.
I had been working in Human Resources for many years, listening to so many small business owners across industries struggle with work life balance and not knowing how to manage their workforce, or even where to start.
I knew I could help!
Small business owners were telling me that they were so focused on running their business, and other activities such as finance and marketing, so they didn’t have time to worry about HR, or they don’t know what they should be doing.
They were making mistakes and it was costing them money …
I knew I had the expertise to offer tailored support and guidance and I would ensure best practice Human Resources. With my help these small business owners would have more time and could focus on other areas of their business and lives.
I could give hard working small business owners some time back.
I was also inspired by these small business owners. Their passion, commitment, and perseverance. They had taken the leap to work for themselves and make a sustainable, successful and long term living from their endeavour. I wanted to be part of there journey and to help keep their goals alive.
And that’s how it started…. Small Business Society was born.
